90 min massage is ideal for focusing on the entire body, any problem areas and stretches. I use various massage techniques together to help give your body the proper bodywork per area and help your body move forward.

This lovely man has done more to help me gradually improve a 40-year chronic musculoskeletal problem than anyone else I have been to, and there have been many of people in various fields over the years. He is disciplined, thorough, and comprehensive in his approach. He seems to have thorough knowledge of human anatomy and how it should be configured for smooth movement and good posture. I have booked him for 12 sessions of 2-hours each, and will continue to do so as long as I continue to get better. I get a little better every time I go.
He can use strong pressure or gentle pressure, depending on preference (and it's best to tell him this beforehand). He massages and stretches from head to toe, assuming that you book him for a longer session. And he loves his work. So when he turns me over to work on the muscles in my chest and stomach, he smiles.
